Crab Meat Pineapple
|Fresh pineapple||1 Medium|
|Alaskan king crab meat||9 Ounce|
|Chopped celery||2 Ounce|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Ounce|
|Chopped onion||2 Ounce|
Cut pineapple in quarters, across the fronds.
Scoop meat out; remove core and cut pineapple in 1/2-inch dice.
Arrange two pineapple quarters on boat dish or oval platter, end to end, fronds outside.
Blend the diced pineapple with 2 ounces crab meat and 2 ounces mayonnaise.
Fill one side of pineapple on each dish.
Blend celery, green pepper, onion, 2 ounces crab meat and 2 ounces mayonnaise.
Fill other side of pineapple on each dish.
Garnish both down center with remaining sliced crab meat.
