Grilled Crab Lettuce Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  Crabmeat 12 Ounce, drained (fresh / canned)
  Fresh bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (white or whole wheat)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 8 Large, cleaned and drained (romaine or butter lettuce)
  Crab cocktail sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (prepared)
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Combine the crabmeat, bread crumbs, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt.
Lightly spread the mixture in the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes.
The crab mixture will be heated through and lightly browned when done.
With theplastic spatula, remove the crab filling from the grill and place on 4 individual plates.
To assemble, place a heaping spoonful of crab on each lettuce leaf and roll up.
Dip the lettuce into the cocktail sauce, as desired.
