Steamed Eggs With Crab
|Crab meat||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soya sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Corn flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Five spice powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Chili bean sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat eggs well in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased pudding pan.
Cover with foil or grease proof paper.
Secure the cover.
Steam for 40 minutes until set.
Transfer into a serving dish and serve hot with chilli bean sauce.
