Crab Meat Dumplings
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs||3 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Mix together thoroughly the crab meat, bread or cracker crumbs, and egg.
Make small balls with floured hands; refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile make batter of flour, egg, and water; blend until well-mixed, if it remains lumpy, it's all right.
Heat oil; dip balls into batter, then fry in hot oil.
Drain on paper toweling.
Serve with soy sauce, if desired.
