Broiled Crab Legs in Herb Butter

Ingredients
  King crab legs 2 Clove (10 gm) (in the shell)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed (optional)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Method Melt butter and add garlic (if used), herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
Place crab legs in a flameproof baking dish, pour over the butter and broil 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the legs, turning once.
Alternatively bake the legs in a very hot oven (450°F) for about 15 minutes or until brown.
Split them down each side with scissors, loosen the shells, baste with the butter and serve.
