Curried Crab

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Crabmeat 2 Can (20 oz), drained, flaked (and)
Directions

Saute onion in butter or margarine until transparent.
Remove pan from heat; add flour, salt, pepper and curry powder.
Mix well.
Add skim milk; blend well; stir and cook until mixture thickens.
Add crabmeat; heat 5 minutes.
