Roussos Sauteed Crabmeat
|Chopped green onions||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lump crabmeat||1 Pound|
|Cream sherry||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender.
Add crabmeat and sherry; cook until thoroughly heated.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
