Heart Shaped Crab Sandwiches

  Tortilla 2
  Whole wheat bagles 2
  Whole wheat bread 2
  Imitation crab 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon, chopped and minced
  Red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cilantro 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 3 Pinch
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon (For the stuffing and the border)
  Rice wine vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 4 Pinch

1.In a medium sized bowl mix crab, onion, cilantro, mustard, basil, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice and lemon zest for the stuffing and mash well. You can add more mayonnaise to adjust the consistency.
2.Spread the mixture on one of the bread slices and lay another bread on the top.
3.Cut it into a heart shape with the help of a metal heart shaped cookie cutter.
4.The same procedure can be followed for making heart shaped sandwiches from tortillas and bagels.

5.In a small bowl mix mayonnaise with paprika and mix it all up.
6.Brush the borders of the heart shaped sandwich to make it pop.

5.Serve with some green onions and cherry tomatoes on the top.
