10 Cup (160 tbs) (more or less to allow the crabs to steam properly)
1. Add enough water in cooking vessel to allow steaming and the rock salt.(1/4 cup rock salt per 10 crab)
2. Cover, bring to a boil, add crab and steam for 17 minutes. Steam the flavor in, instead of boiling it out.
3. Remove crabs and place in cold water for 5 minutes.
