Chat'n Dish: E10 - KC's Crab Cakes

These light and fluffy crab cakes will surprise you with a bit of a bite. But not to worry, it won't hurt! They will become your favorite!
Ingredients
  Lump crab meat 8 Ounce
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce (with chives in it)
  Japanese bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated pamesan 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Creamy horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon zest 1 Tablespoon
  Egg white 3 Cup (48 tbs) (From 3 eggs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2.Add the egg whites one third at a time and mix it well.
3.Take 3 tablespoon of the mixture and make it into a patty.
4.Roll the patties in the mixture of bread crumbs and cheese.
5.Put the patties in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes so that they become firm.
6.In a pan heat the oil and fry the patties for about 3 minutes till they become golden brown.

SERVING
7.Display the lovely golden brown crab cakes in a plate with some lemon slices and serve.
