Spicy Steamed Blue Crabs

|Coarse salt||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Red pepper||3 Tablespoon|
|Pickling spice||3 Tablespoon|
|Celery seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Crushed red pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar||1 Tablespoon (Use As Required)|
|Old bay seasoning||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
1)Combine blue crabs, coarse salt, red pepper,pickling spice, celery seeds,crushed red pepper and set aside.
2)Use a large pot with a lid and mix water and vinegar in equal amounts to a depth of 1 inch and bring to boil.
3)Place a rack in pot over boiling liquid, and place half of crabs on rack.
4)Sprinkle with half of seasoning mixture.
5)Top with rest of crabs, and sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture.
6)Cover tightly, and steam 20 to 25 minutes or until crabs turn bright red.
7)Rinse and drain well, if desired.
8)Serve it hot or cold.
