Rousso's Sauteed Crabmeat

Ingredients
  Chopped green onions with tops 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lump crab meat 1 Pound, drained and flaked
  Cream sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh parsley sprigs 4
  Lemon wedges 2
Directions

MAKING
1 In a skillet, melt butter.
2 Saute onions and mushrooms until tender.
3 Add in the crabmeat and sherry.
4 Cook until thoroughly heated.

SERVING
5 Serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
