Rousso's Sauteed Crabmeat

|Chopped green onions with tops||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh lump crab meat||1 Pound, drained and flaked|
|Cream sherry||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fresh parsley sprigs||4|
1 In a skillet, melt butter.
2 Saute onions and mushrooms until tender.
3 Add in the crabmeat and sherry.
4 Cook until thoroughly heated.
5 Serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
