Crab Meat Salad with Tomato Aspic
|Crab meat||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Hard-cooked eggs||6 , chopped|
|Chopped onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Pick over crab meat and break into pieces.
Add eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and moisten with mayon- naise.
Mix well and chill thoroughly.
Arrange salad on greens on a platter.
Surround with tomato aspic molds and serve with more mayonnaise.
