|Crab meat||1 Pound|
|Grated cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Melt butter; stir in flour; gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add salt, pepper and sherry.
Remove from heat and add crab meat.
Pour mixture into a butter casserole or individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a hot oven (400°F.) until cheese melts.
