Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Top milk/Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White table wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cube 1
  Worcestershire sauce To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Crab meat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter and stir in flour.
Add milk, wine and bouillon, cube.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens and bouillon cube is dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients and serve hot in little eclairs.
