Spiced Crab

Try out this new way to prepare your favorite dish, Spiced Crab. A rather simple way to indulge in a gourmet treat! So just give this Spiced Crab a try!
Ingredients
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Butter 1
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked crab 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Corn flakes 2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter; add flour and seasonings; add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add crab meat, mushrooms, parsley and onion; mix well.
Place in buttered shells or ramekins.
Top with a mixture of corn flakes, egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice and salt.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a hot oven (400°F.) about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
