Crab Meat Dunk
|Crab meat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lime juice/Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded green onions||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper/Red pepper||2 Dash|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Msg)|
1) In lime or lemon juice, marinate the crab meat for about 30 minutes.
2) Beat the mayonnaise, seasonings and cream cheese together till the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3) Fold the marinated crab meat into the mixture.
4) Serve the Crab Meat Dunk in a deep shell or shell-shaped bowl that has been nested in crushed ice. If preferred, arrange bite-sized pieces of celery, Chinese cabbage, slied cauliflowerettes, green pepper and sliced carrot around the dip. Goes really well with a basket of crackers or chips.
