Crab Meat Spread

Ingredients
  Crab meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), dry
  Buttermilk 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Remove any cartilage from the crab meat; chop fine.
Beat the cheese, buttermilk, sherry, salt and pepper until smooth.
Blend in the crab meat.
Heap in a bowl.
