Raw Cucumber And Cooked Crab
|Crab meat||1⁄2 Pound (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Rice vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
Peel cucumbers leaving some strips of green and slice into 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick slices.
Spoon out the seeds leaving a thin layer on the bottom.
Blend crab meat with remaining ingredients and spoon a teaspoon of it onto the cucumber.
