Scalloped Crab Meat
|Seedless raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
|Pimento||3 Tablespoon, chopped|
|White sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Crab meat||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Buttered crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)Wash raisins in hot water and drain.
2)In a bowl, add raisins, eggs, pimento, salt, pepper and paprika to white sauce. Add crab meat.
3)Take a 1-quart baking dish and put the mixture into it.
3)Sprinkle crumbs on top.
4)Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned.
5)Serve scalloped crab meat with rice.
