Crab Meat

Crab Meat is soft meat taken out of a crab. There are numerous recipes that can be prepared with the crab meat. Crab meat is a great combination of taste and health. Try this recipe of crab meat and serve it as a side dish with other seafood main courses.
Ingredients
  Butter 7 Tablespoon, melted
  Butter 7 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 1
  Hard cooked egg 1 , chopped
  Soft bread 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cubed
  Soft bread 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Crab meat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter and add flour. Stir until blended, then add milk.
2)Cook the mixture until thickened, stirring constantly.
3)Fold in salt, mustard, paprika, parsley, egg, 1/2 cup bread cubes, sherry and crab meat. Stir.
4)Take buttered shells and put the mixture into them.
5)Top with mixture of remaining bread cubes and butter.
6)Bake in 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

SERVING
7)Serve crab meat hot.
