|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Small, finely chopped|
|Crab meat||1 Pound|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , chopped|
|Bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1)In a double boiler, add 2 tablespoons butter and flour, place it over simmering water and stir until blended.
2)Add milk slowly until blended. Stirring constantly. Add salt.
3)In a saucepan, heat butter and saute onion, celery and green pepper.
4)Add to milk mixture with crab meat and eggs.
5)Take an 8-inch deep casserole, put the mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs.
6)Repeat the layers and top the last layer with bread crumbs and additional butter.
7)Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
8)Serve the crab bake instantly.
