Crab Bake

Crab Bake recipe is one of my favorites in the world. Crab is not very tough to prepare. Among the varieties of crab meat and recipes ideas, this one is the best and easiest. It is quick and easy, with an advantage of health. All the ingredients used in this recipe of crab bake have a health quotient in them.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
  Crab meat 1 Pound
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , chopped
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a double boiler, add 2 tablespoons butter and flour, place it over simmering water and stir until blended.
2)Add milk slowly until blended. Stirring constantly. Add salt.
3)In a saucepan, heat butter and saute onion, celery and green pepper.
4)Add to milk mixture with crab meat and eggs.
5)Take an 8-inch deep casserole, put the mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs.
6)Repeat the layers and top the last layer with bread crumbs and additional butter.
7)Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

SERVING
8)Serve the crab bake instantly.
