Crab Stuffed Snow Peas

Ingredients
  Snow peas 6 Ounce (Frozen Or Fresh, 170 Gram)
  Crab 4 3⁄4 Ounce (135 Gram)
  Hard boiled egg 1 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Finely chopped celery 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Finely chopped green onion 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Dijon Is Best)
Directions

Slit thawed peas open on top side, which is the.least curved side.
If using fresh pods, pour boiling water over them, let stand for 10 seconds.
Drain.
Rinse with cold water until cold.
Drain and keep cool.
Remove membranes from crab.
Mix crab-meat with egg, mayonnaise, celery, onion and mustard.
Stuff each pea pod until it looks like it is overflowing - about 1 teaspoon (5 ml).
Chill.
