Ingredients
  Celery rib 1 , diced
  Celery rib 1 , finely diced
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Pimiento 1 Tablespoon, diced
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared brown mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon, minced
  Fresh garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Iceberg lettuce/Romaine lettuce 2
  Iceberg lettuce leaves/Romaine lettuce leaves 2
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together all the ingredients in a small bowl, except for the lettuce and crab meat.
2) Add the crab meat. Toss well to combine.
3) Cover the mixture and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.

SERVING
4) Serve as preferred.
