Molded Crab Meat Cocktail Salad
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄4 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Crab meat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard boiled eggs||2|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and then dissolve over hot water.
2)Add lemon juice and add crab meat, chili sauce, mayonnaise, eggs and celery. Mix well.
3)Take 1 large mold or 6 individual molds and pour the mixture.
4)Chill until firm.
5)Unmold the crab salad in a salad plate and serve.
