Crab Meat Tomato Accordions
|Crab meat||6 1⁄2 Ounce, flaked (1 Cup)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, mix the celery, green pepper, crab meat, salt and pepper together.
2) Stir in the mayonnaise and lemon juice, then refrigerate until chilled.
3) Place the tomatoes with the stem ends down, make 5-6 cuts halfway to the bottom and stuff with the with the crab-meat salad.
4) Arrange over a bed of lettuce and serve immediately with the mayonnaise.
