Deviled Crab

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 3 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Sherry 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Crab meat 12 Ounce (Fresh, Frozen Or Canned)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute bread crumbs in half the butter.
Blend rest of the ingredients, except crab, to a puree and gently bring to a boil.
Stir crab into the pan and divide the mixture into shells.
Spread breadcrumbs over and bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.
