Baked Crab Meat In Shells
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crab meat||1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Hard boiled eggs||4 , grated|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Red pepper||To Taste|
|Mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz), sliced|
1)Keep aside some bread crumbs for topping.
2)In a bowl, soak remaining bread crumbs in milk and beat until smooth.
3)Add into crab meat, eggs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, and mushrooms.
4)Fill the mixture into crab shells.
5)Sprinkle tops with crumbs and dot with butter.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
7)Serve the baked crabmeat in shells immediately.
