Crab Meat Rolls
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Lukewarm)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Soft)|
|All purpose flour||7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), melted|
|Crab meat||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely diced|
|Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, add milk, sugar and salt and crumble in yeast.
2)Add eggs, shortening and flour until blended nicely.
3)Let the dough rise until doubled, then punch down.
4)Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and then cut with biscuit cutter.
5)Apply some butter and fold in centre.
6)Take a pan and put them into it and allow it to rise.
7)Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
8)In a bowl, mix together crab meat, celery and salad dressing.
9)Serve with warm rolls, adding lettuce and tomatoes.
