Deviled Crabmeat

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 4 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crabmeat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , minced
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400

MAKING
2. In a large double boiler, melt the ½ cup of butter till melted
3. Add in the flour, butter, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish and salt and mix well
4. Add the milk to the mixture till well mixed
5. Cook the mixture over mild heat till thick and golden
6. Add the crabmeat and eggs to the thickened mixture
7. Tip the mixture into 6 individual serving dishes
8. Sprinkle with crumbs, and melted butter
9. Bake till golden for 10 minutes

SERVING
10. Serve hot or cold with tomato sauce
