Crab And Pasta
|Cooked pinto beans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Canned crab/Water pack tuna||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Zucchini||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Tomatoes||2 , chopped|
|Chopped sweet pickles||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked mostaccioli pasta||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Italian dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1) Rinse beans with water and drain well.
2) In a large bowl combine crab or tuna, beans, green onions, zucchini, tomatoes and pickles.
3) Add hot cooked pasta.
4) Spread with Italian Dressing and toss well.
5) Serve immediately by sprinkling grated parmesan cheese on top.
Alternately, cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours to serve chilled.
