Grapefruit Crab Cocktail
|Canned crab meat||6 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled and drained (1 Can / 1 Cup)|
|Canned grapefruit segments||1 Pound, chilled and drained (1 Can / 2 Cups)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
1) Separate the crab meat, remove cartilages, if any and drizzle with the lemon juice.
2) In the cocktail glasses, arrange the crab meat and grapefruit segments.
3) In a bowl, blend rest of the ingredients together and pour into the cocktail glasses.
4) Serve immediately as an appetizer.
