Crab Meat Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked crab meat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce cups 6
Directions

1. Shred crab meat and discard all tough spines.
2. Mix crab meat, celery, pimiento, green pepper and salt and add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
3. Serve in lettuce cups
