Crab Stuffed Cucumbers

Ingredients
  Tender young cucumbers 3
  Canned crab meat 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 Small Can)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Slice off ends of cucumber and remove the center with an apple corer.
2) Take crab meat and ensure there are no hard fibers.

MAKING
3)Mix with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
4) Fill hollowed cucumber with crab meat mixture.
5) Take a fork and score the skin of the cucumber.
6) Take waxed paper, roll cucumber in it and let it chill.

SERVING
7) Slice cucumber and serve on crisp lettuce topped with sour cream.
