Fresh Pasta With Crab And Courgettes

Ingredients
  Courgettes 4 Ounce, ends removed (100 Gram)
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Pasta 4 Ounce (Such As Green And White Linguine)
  White meat 3 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Lemon wedges 2
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Slice the courgettes lengthways into thin strips.
2) In a pan, saute the garlic in the butter and for 2 min; stir in the courgettes and saute for a further 3 min, stir well.
3) In a pan allow salted water to boil and cook the pasta for 3 minutes, drain well.
4) Stir in the pasta to the pan then stir in the crab, lemon juice, salt and pepper, heat well.

SERVING
5) Garnish with the lemon wedges and chopped parsley or parsley sprig and serve on a nicely warmed plate.
