Crab Meat with Mushrooms
|Milk/Vegetable stock||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked crab meat||1 Cup (16 tbs), flaked|
|Cooked macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated american cheese||1 Tablespoon|
1. Clean mushrooms and saute in 2 tablespoons butter.
2. Melt remaining butter, blend in flour and seasonings, add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
3. Add crab meat, mushrooms and macaroni.
4. Pile into sea shells.
5. Top with cheese and heat in moderate oven (350°F.) 20 to 25 minutes.
