Baked Deviled Crab

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Lump crabmeat 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced fat mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarse grained mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Scallions 2 , trimmed and sliced
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hot red pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Canola oil 6 Teaspoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

MAKING
2. Take a small pan and boil water. Hard boil the eggs.
3. Remove the eggs from the pan. Let it cool and peel.
4. In a large bowl, toss the crabmeat and lemon juice to mix properly.
5. Take another bowl and mix the egg along with Worcestershire sauce, the mayonnaise, scallions, mustard, pepper, sherry and hot red pepper sauce.

SERVING
6. Serve in a serving dish.
