Crab Meat In Shells
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooked crab meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||4 , chopped|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper; add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
2. Flake crab meat and add to sauce with parsley and eggs.
3. Blend thoroughly.
4. Fill greased baking shells, sprinkle crumbs on top and bake in moderate oven (350°F.) for 10 minutes.
