Fresh Pear and Crabmeat Salad

|Cooked crabmeat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Part Only)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|White pepper||To Taste|
|Shredded salad greens||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Peel and core the pears, then dice them.
2) Mix thoroughly with rest of the ingredients except the salad greens.
3) Serve immediately over a bed of salad greens.
