Crabmeat Artichoke Casserole
|Crabmeat||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned artichoke hearts||10 Ounce (1 Tall Can)|
|Frozen potato soup||1 Can (10 oz), thawed and mashed fine|
|Canned mushrooms||4 Ounce, sliced|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheese crackers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled (Ritz)|
Place artichoke hearts in bottom of casserole.
Mix together sliced mushrooms, crabmeat (which has been torn apart), and potato soup.
Put juice from mushrooms and 1/2 c.cream in potato soup can to mix together.
Add this liquid to the mixture - then pour all over the artichoke hearts.
Crumble the crackers and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
