Shrimp And Crabmeat Salad
|Canned flaked crabmeat||6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Fresh cooked shrimp/5 ounce can of shrimp||1 Cup (16 tbs), or canned|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Early peas||1 Cup (16 tbs) (June Variety)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , sliced|
Lightly toss all ingredients except eggs and tomatoes.
Marinate in Italian dressing for 15 to 20 minutes.
Line individual bowls with crisp leaves of lettuce.
Add marinated seafood mixture and garnish with egg and tomato slices.
Season and serve with Thousand Island dressing.
Serves 4 to 6.
