Ingredients
  Soft shell crabs 8 Large, prepared for cooking
For marinade
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Virgin olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 10 Clove (50 gm), finely minced
  Onion 1 Medium
  Bay leaves 3
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix marinade ingredients well.
Marinate the crab about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Grill over hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes.
