Crabmeat Pilaf

Ingredients
  Raw rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (2 Cups, 1 Can)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2 , crumbled
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned crabmeat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
Directions

Cook rice according to package directions.
Brown onion lightly in butter.
Add remaining ingredients except crabmeat.
Heat, stirring, until cheese is melted.
Add rice and crabmeat; put in shallow casserole; cover.
Bake in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
