Tangy Crab And Prawn
|Baking potatoes||4 Large|
|Crabmeat||10 Ounce, drained (300 Gram, 1 Can)|
|Prawns||4 Ounce, cooked and peeled (125 Gram)|
|Spring onions||1 Bunch (100 gm), sliced|
|Mayonnaise||8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)|
|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
1)Bake potatoes in hot oven.
2)In a bowl, take the crab meat and add in the prawns and sliced spring onions.
3)In a separate bowl, mix lime zest, juice and mayonnaise. Pour over fish mixture and stir to mix well. Season with pepper and salt.
4)Once potatoes are done, spoon out flesh and mash.
5)Pile back mash into potato skins.
6)Serve topped with crab mixture.
