Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked crab 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Corn flakes 2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

MAKING
2. Add seasonings and flour to melted butter. Mix milk and stirring continuously, cook, till the mixture thickens.
3. Stir in mushroom, crab meat, onion and parsley and blend well.
4. Transfer the mixture to buttered ramekins or shells and top with a mixture of egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard, corn flakes and salt.
5. Using butter, dot the mixture and top with paprika. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes till golden brown.

SERVING
6. Serve immediately.
