Baked Deviled Crabs
|Flaked crab meat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh / Canned)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F. Have ready 6 scrubbed crab shells, custard cups or ramekins rubbed with butter or margarine.
2. Mix the crab meat with the salt, cayenne, pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Fill into the crab shells, custard cups or ramekins. Mix the crumbs with the butter or margarine and sprinkle over the top of each shell or cup.
3. Bake 20 minutes, or until delicately brown.
