Ingredients
  Canned crab meat 5 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Firm bread slice 2 , torn into bite-size pieces
Directions

Combine all ingredients except bread.
Toss to blend.
Stir in bread pieces.
Stuff 2 Cornish game hens and microwave.
