Melt butter in large saucepan; stir in flour.
Slowly add cream and chicken broth, stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens.
Add cooked crab meat and mushrooms.
Slowly add beaten egg; stir until heated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
