Crab Meat Ravigote
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Flaked crabmeat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canned Or Fresh)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , sieved|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Capers||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Stuffed olives||1 Teaspoon, minced|
1. Wash small tomatoes and cut out stems and centers. Sprinkle them lightly with half the salt.
2. Mix the rest of the salt with the crab meat, cayenne, mustard, olive oil, parsley, egg and vinegar. Fill this mixture into the tomatoes and chill thoroughly.
3. Mix the mayonnaise with the capers and olives.
