Crab A La King

Ingredients
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  White sauce mix 87⁄100 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Italian seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Crab meat 6 Ounce, rinsed and drained, cartilage removed (1 Can)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In 1-quart casserole, combine mixed vegetables and water.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 to 8 minutes, or until vegetables are hot, stirring once.
Drain.
Re-cover.
Set aside.
In 4-cup measure, combine sauce mix and Italian seasoning.
Blend in milk.
Beat well with whisk.
Microwave at High for 5 to 8 minutes, or until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Add sauce and crab to vegetables.
Stir.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until hot.
Stir in cheese.
